Experiences can range from singing songs together to lyric analysis to percussion and group drumming, to relaxation sessions.

Through a partnership with the Yoga Gnome, I have facilitated interactive music-based yoga groups. In these groups, we touch on emotional regulation, relaxation, confidence building through participation.
