Creativity
Creativity is part of what makes us human, and it can make life infinitely more interesting. Some folks see it as an innate "talent", but I see it as a skill you can develop and use when you need it. Or, use it just for fun.

Recording
There's power and ownership in writing a song, making a beat, and capturing it in a recording. We can tell your story through recorded music or explore how to manipulate or recreate your favorite songs in a DAW like Ableton, Garageband, or SoundTrap.

Emotion
Music can help us contain, define, or explore our emotions through songwriting, singing/playing, listening, and more. Our emotions aren't separate from our experience, they are a part of it. And we can explore and get to know them through music.

Artistic Therapeutic Experiences
Art and beauty are human needs. In sessions with me, creating something, anything, is "enough". Creativity and art for their own sake is "enough", and even if you have defined clinical goals, you can still appreciate the beauty in an artistic therapeutic experience for its own sake.
